Mution – Motion-Controlled Music Player

Mution is an innovative user interface that “uses a video camera pointing at symbols on the wall and motion detection to control the playing of music.” Videos after the jump.

Feedback is provided to the user with sound and, where appropriate, speech synthesis. The user-interface on the wall allows basic control of the music. More comprehensive controls and set-up of mution are accessed through a web-based interface served from the device
