Although we have to stay inside and do nothing, quarantine life can be pretty stressful.

That said, it’s really important to stay calm and relax.

A clean home helps to clean the mind. Canadians are usually so busy, and cleaning is a time-consuming chore.

Now that we have so much time inside make sure to live in an enjoyable environment.

Put some music on, dance with the broom, and sweep the floor.

Physical exercise is very good to remain calm and relax while quarantined. Even better, you don’t need any sort of equipment to stay active.

Set up goals for every day. Make sure to push a little further the limit every day.

You can start simply as climbing the stairs five times, then six times the next day, and continuing on.

After a certain time, you’ll see improvement, and you’ll feel better in your body, but also in your mind.

Staying active can help you reduce anxiety and help your sleep.

Write down on a calendar the exercise you’re doing each day so you can visualize it and be proud of yourself.

Lead a team challenge with your friends to make sure you stay motivated.

Plus, you’ll stay connected to your friends and have something else to talk about then your boredom.

Just make sure you make the most out of that break time.
