Physical exercise is very good to remain calm and relax while quarantined. Even better, you don’t need any sort of equipment to stay active.
Set up goals for every day. Make sure to push a little further the limit every day.
You can start simply as climbing the stairs five times, then six times the next day, and continuing on.
After a certain time, you’ll see improvement, and you’ll feel better in your body, but also in your mind.
Staying active can help you reduce anxiety and help your sleep.
Write down on a calendar the exercise you’re doing each day so you can visualize it and be proud of yourself.
Lead a team challenge with your friends to make sure you stay motivated.

We’re all curious to know when all this situation will ends. We’re all curious to know what’s happening in the world.
But right now, just watching the news can be really stressful.

Talk with friends and family

Just make sure you make the most out of that break time.
Use your time purposefully. When you go back to work, you might miss the chilling time that you currently have.
