So, you should be offering education and training for certain employees who show the potential to move up the ranks so that they know their work is going somewhere.

You don’t want to be one of those business owners who has an unsafe work environment that is always getting reported for various things.

Make sure that you are complying with all health and safety standards, that you don’t tolerate bullying in the workplace, and put other measures in place to ensure everyone is happy as well as safe while working for you.
