How To Show Consumers You Are Back In Business

As the lockdowns begin to ease or better measures are put in place, you will want to bring them back to your store once more. But how do you do this? You can’t just open the doors and hope they walk in. you need to make a big show of it. Why? Well, people are feeling down and not as upbeat to do their shopping anymore.

So you need to grab their attention, show them that you are excited to see them again and be ready to serve them once more. At the same time, you want to be safe! There’s a delicate balance that needs to be achieved, and we’re here to help you do it.

Certified and safe

Local authorities will want to make sure that your business is safe, and so will your customers. So, the best thing you can do is get certified that you ARE safe. You can do this by cleaning your store from top to bottom with any germ or bacteria-killing product. You should also have in place spots for where you have hand sanitizer bottles, disposable face masks, and even plastic gloves if you can afford it. Many peop[le will have their own PPE, but you don’t want to turn them away if they don’t.

Allow the local authorities to come in and inspect your store, look at the safety measures you have in place, such as markings on the floor for 2 meters distancing, face shields, etc. If they’re satisfied, they give you a certification and rating, which you can put in the window of your store, showing the world you are safety certified.

Fly it high

One of the ways you can grab people’s attention is one of your very own custom flags. This is great for businesses that are in among a lot of competition. So, put your logo or mascot on the flag, select what kind of material you might want, and then order it online. They are totally customized to select the font, color, theme, size, pattern, style, length, width, etc. Make it one of a kind and fly it high so people walking around can see that you are open for business.

Why are flags important? Much like a sports team, you want to be proud of what you stand for and show anyone who might be looking your way that you are active. The great thing is, it can be flown in many different ways and not just on a flagpole.

Flying a different way

Fliers are always a great way to tell people what you’re doing. Whether you have sales, discounts, coupons, or a large event that is happening in your business, you can let people know, in detail, what you are planning on doing. Fliers should only be given while wearing protective gloves, so make sure your employees know about that!

What a joy it is if you have the opportunity to reopen your doors and allows the masses back into your store. Being back in business is a blessing, so make sure you do it right with these tips.
