They might post the occasional special offer, but otherwise, it’s forgotten.

One way to establish trust is to have a secure website, and another is to interact on social media, but there is something else you can do too. 

You can provide excellent content. When your blog is kept up to date and you fill it not with sales pitches but with good content that is valuable to the people reading it, they will trust that you know what you’re talking about and that you will help them and offer good quality products. As well as a blog, you could have a video channel on YouTube that does the same thing.
