While the morning routine is important, so too is your bedtime routine. Don’t overlook the power of closing your day with reflection and gratitude.

Here are three ways to end your day on a positive note.

  1. Do something nice for yourself.  Take a warm bath, light a candle, read a book, start bullet journaling.  Every night do something just for you.
  2. Write down any notes for tomorrow. Keep a notepad by your bed and write down anything you must remember for tomorrow.  Get it out of your head so you can rest.
